Hello, my name is Bella and I recently lost my father, Juanito M. Alforque Jr., to his battle with stage 4 AL amyloidosis, a very rare disease. The past three months before he passed had been the toughest my family has ever faced. Though we only knew recently of his diagnosis, it was difficult to find out that no true cure existed and he only had a few months to live.

Thankfully, he passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 11, 2025. However, with the three-month time frame given to us from the diagnosis to his passing, finances have been tough and we are now faced with the planning of a memorial service in honor of my father.

Through thick and thin, he was with us through everything. For his last goodbye, I want to give him as great of a memorial in celebration of his life here on Earth. Please assist us in our goodbye to a father, husband, and friend, Jun Alforque.
