On New Year's Day, doorman Ivan Morgan's wife of 38 years passed away unexpectedly in her sleep at the age of 70. She loved gospel music and dedicated her life to singing as a member of The McDonald Gospel Fest Choir, The New York City Housing Choir and The National Action Network Choir. She was known for enjoying life and living every moment to the fullest.
Ivan has served our building for a number of years. As a community, we're looking to give back and raise funds to help Ivan defray some of the costs that always accompany an unexpected death. The board will turn all donations directly over to Ivan - if you have any questions, please reach out to any of us. And most importantly, please share your condolences with Ivan when you see him.
