Dear Family, Friends, and Community:
Juana Cintora, a tribal citizen of the Navajo Nation, and her family were involved in a horrible auto accident in Farmington, NM around 1:00 p.m. Monday August 6, 2018.
Her husband Daniel Patricio, a member of the Tohono O'odham Nation, and five-year-old daughter Ava did not survive the impact. Her three-year-old and 4 month old sons sustained life-threatening injuries and were airlifted to an Albuquerque, NM hospital in critical condition.
Juana is at a Farmington, NM hospital with broken ribs and a punctured lung.
Our hearts are breaking for Juana and her family! We will keep you posted as new details are released. Juana has been a UITCT family member for over ten years!
We are raising funds to support Juana and her family to cover all expenses for the family related to this event including bringing Daniel and Ava back home to Texas as well as current and unforeseen medical expenses for Juana and her sons, Alec and Adam.
