Juana Valdovinos

Donation protected
Juana was an immigrant from Mexico and the mother of seven. Juana had been battling kidney failure and diabetes for the past two years. On June 8th she fell and hit her head causing brain bleeding. On June 11 her family made the decision to take her off of life support, and she passed away Sunday, June 12. Her last wishes were to be buried in her hometown in Mexico.
Jose is Juana's youngest son, and he cared for her throughout her illness. Jose is a DACA recipient, and he is applying for ADVANCE PAROLE to be able to go to Mexico and honor his mom's last wishes.
Jose is a Queer Undocumented Immigrant. He and his family need our support to cover funeral and travel expenses, as well as his advance parole application fees. Contributions will help minimize financial stress and allow Jose and his family to grieve and find some comfort during this extremely difficult time.
