The family of Juana Armendariz Medina is humbly asking for donations during this tough time.

Juana Armendariz Medina lived a long full life until the age of 101 and 6 days. She was a widow to Lorenzo Medina Vera. She was a mother to 8 children, and outlived 4 of them. She was a grandmother to 19, a great grandmother to 42 and a great-great grandmother to 8. While she had an amazing life, she unfortunately outlived her life insurance policies. These policies expired in 2024 when she turned 100 which as her family, we were unaware of. Juana lived by herself and continued to be self-sufficient until a month before she passed when she suddenly had a stroke. The stroke left her paralyzed on her left side. Since she was self sufficient, she never felt the need to appoint a power of attorney. This leaves our family with no way to access funds that may be available until after the services.

Juana was a christian woman who loved Christ, humanity, and all its creation. She said, ”I had many children and held many positions but being a child of God is my highest honor”.

We are asking for any help. Every dollar counts towards giving our matriarch the funeral she thought she had already paid for.
