This is my nephew Juan Sebastian who is 15 years old and, like my son, Soccer is his passion. On January 21th during a soccer game Sebastian collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, where he has been put in the ICU. He has gone through several surgeries to fix his brain Ischemia

( in which a blood vessel in the brain ruptures and causes bleeding) but he still needs more surgeries. His parents have been by his side day and night for the last two weeks and have not been able to work. They need help in covering the medical expenses that this treatment requires.
