Juan Jesus Ruiz a.k.a. JJ passed away suddenly on December 11th. The family can not afford his immediate Funeral arrangements. JJ has been a loyal servant to the Law Enforcement community for many decades and now needs our help.  I am asking for whatever you can help with.
