Juan Delapaz's Son

Juan Delapaz is a Journeyman Distribution Lineman here at Great Southwestern Construction.  Two weeks ago Juan's 4 year old son Issac was badly burned.  Issac's mother had just cooked some soup and put it on the table to cool. Issac was going to sit down at the table and while pulling himself up he turned the table over spilling the boiling hot soup onto his arm causing 2nd & 3rd degree burns. He has already had one skin graft and is being told by doctors he will need to have several more done. Juan is a valued employee here at GSW but has had to  miss work for the surgeries. Juan is the sole provider for the family. With the abundance of medical bills and missing work they have been struggling. We all have been in a situation where times are hard, so any help would be greatly appreciated for his family.
