¡Hola! Somos Juan y Claudia. Hemos estado juntos por 19 años y hemos estado luchando contra la infertilidad por más de 10 años.
Tenemos muchas ganas de tener un bebé y después de mucha oración, decidimos tratar Fertilización In Vitro (IVF) en Febrero de 2018, pero desafortunadamente los resultados no fueron positivos.
Acordamos buscar IVF porque después de 3 intentos de inseminación intrauterina negativos, nuestro médico estuvo de acuerdo en que sería la única forma de concebir. La carga financiera de IVF fue muy desalentadora al principio, pero nuestro deseo de tener una familia solo se ha fortalecido, como lo ha hecho nuestra relación a través de estos tiempos. La infertilidad es una de las cosas más difíciles que hemos vivido, y por mucho que amamos ser tía y tío, soñamos con ser papá y mamá. Vamos por nuestro segundo intento en este año, pero honestamente no contamos con el dinero para realizar un segundo intento.

Hi! We are Claudia and Juan. We've been together for 19 years and have been battling infertility for over 10 years now.
We greatly desire to have a baby and after much prayer, we decided we would like to try IVF at the beginning of this year, February 2018 but unfortunately the results were not positive.
We agreed to pursue IVF because after 3 unsuccessful IUI's (Intrauterine Insemination) our doctor agreed it would be the only way to conceive. The financial burden of IVF was very daunting at first, but our desire to have a family has only gotten stronger, as our relationship has through these times. Infertility is one of the hardest things we have ever been through, and as much as we love being auntie and uncle, we dream of being mom and dad. We are now going for our second try but on all honesty we do not count with the money to pursue a second try.
If you are reading this, please know that we acknowledge the magnitude of what we are asking for, and we humbly ask you to prayerfully consider giving, but please don't feel any obligation. We didn’t want to go this route, but at this time, we just can’t afford these treatments on our own. I started this Go Fund Me page because we are seeking help from our family, friends and acquaintances, those amazing people with generous and compassionate hearts. We appreciate aid of ANY amount, every penny counts.
