Hello everyone. It saddens me to tell this story....
Our family made a big calculated move from California to Oregon because my husband found a great company to work for in a beautiful area full of trees and adventure. We drove 20 hours straight with 2 kids and 2 pets (a cat and dog) we arrived around midnight just to find out the house we were suppose to rent was occupied and we were scammed. We already paid the scammer $1800 to move in and putting it nicely, we were disappointed but keeping a positive outlook in hopes of positive things happening to us. So now we've been in a hotel for a week waiting to get approved for a new legit rental. The cost of a hotel has dug into our savings and we now need some essentials; pet food and human food for these growing boys, fuel etc. This is not easy for us to ask for any type of help. Kenny and I saved up, calculated and budgeted for this new life adventure but we were not prepared for this horrible curveball. So please any money donated will be saved for future rent, used to pay for another night in this hotel and used to buy only essentials. I can't afford to loose my smile because that means my kids and my husband might loose theirs and that to me is worse than being homeless.
