Help a Brave Mother Rebuild Her Life
Donation protected
Today, one of my dearest friends took her two young boys and left an ab*sive situation, with just the clothes on their backs. While she is working directly with Willow to retrieve her car and belongings, it needs to be done through court and that can take a while, and who knows the condition it will be in once it is returned to her.
Over the years, this friend has put so many people before herself, from making regular care packages for the homeless to giving free haircuts to those in need. She has given her time working with the VOA for 5 plus years. She also has dove deep into the breastfeeding and Parenting community and became a CLC and offers pro bono support to breastfeeding parents in need, as this is a passion of hers.
Please consider donating to help her get back on her feet, provide clothing and food for her boys, and to get them a safe place to live.
Feel free to reach out to me directly if you are able to donate clothing, household items, food, etc.
Thank you,
Britni Chichelli, BCTMB
*UPDATE 1/13/25*
Mom and the boys are safe and back at home. The next obstacle is to get childcare for the baby set up and aftercare for big brother. Until the DSS for child care financial support is approved, all child care costs will be out of pocket. She is also deciding whether or not to break the lease and start fresh or stay. Both come with unexpected expenses. So anything helps. These decisions will be made with the guidance of a lawyer. To help best transition the boys as easy as possible. Thank you so much for anything donated
