For the love of Dance

Hi, my name is Jayla, and I'm fundraising for my dance classes and competition next school year, 2022-2023. I am eleven and will take Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Acro (maybe leap, tricks, and turns if we raise enough money) at Children's Dance Theater. Last year was my first season on Thrive competition team, and I had one group dance. We went to three competitions and one convention. We won seven awards, and at the Dupree convention, I won a half scholarship for the next year in 2023. I love competing, so I want to be on the competition team again. This upcoming season, I will join the elite team and have an Acro, a Lyrical group routine, and one duet with my friend. Lyrical and Acro are by far my favorite styles of dance. I am excited about all my classes, seeing my friends and having fun. Dance is essential to me because it is my way of expressing myself. My dance friends are family, and I don't know what I would do without them. I am also starting middle school next year, and I think dance will help me push through it. Dance helps me be myself without feeling bad. Anything you can donate that would help so much. Below are suggested donation amounts based on the cost of dance expenses. I appreciate your support.
