Hi my name is Elvis, and I humbly ask for donations to help me pay my legal expenses in my ongoing child custody case.

4 years ago, my life turned upside down when my two young children were moved to Florida unexpectedly. They were only babies. We went to court, and the judge then agreed that my presence was necessary for their well-being. We decided on a parental time-share agreement where we'd split our time evenly, 50/50. We'd be responsible for our own living arrangements/expenses, and our children would live with me for half the week. For this to happen, I needed to uproot my life, leave my home, family, and job, and move out of state to Florida and raise my children. All those sacrifices were worth it, and after missing valuable time away from each other, we've healed and built happy memories that will never be forgotten.

After following through with all of my commitments, I am now once again challenged with an unexpected court case. The time I share with my kids can be reduced significantly and replaced with child support. I watched my kids suffer because of my absence before, and I cannot let this happen again. My kids are my biggest priority, and I will continue to fight for them. Having an attorney can help me protect my rights and my family. I've spoken to an experienced one who feels confident they can defend my paternal rights in court and support me in keeping my kids healthy and happy. The retainer fee will cost me somewhere between $4,500-$5,000 (which will be difficult to cover on my own). Your donations will be used to help me cover this expense.
