I’m three years into my transition, but my progress has plateaued, and access to gender-affirming care is getting harder by the day. Anti-trans laws and restrictions are making it more difficult—sometimes seemingly impossible—to get the medical care I need, and I’m terrified that if I don’t act now, I may never have the chance.
