My wife needs your help!
Donation protected
On December 30th my wife had a biopsy done. I didn't think it was Anything to worry about since the biopsy site was so little. But on January 9, 2014 our lives changed forever. My wife was diagnosed with the Most deadliest form of skin cancer, Malignant melanoma. We had to lose our place and move into my mother in law's house to save money. After raising enough money we spent three agonizing weeks in Houston getting another biospy, going through a major surgery, and receiving treatment. On April 27, 2014 my wife was in remission! Thanks to God and the power of prayer from all our friends, family, and community. We returned to Houston for a follow up at the end of the year in 2014 and after several tests they told us my wife was still in remission. We went back to Houston May 2015 however at this time they were only able to do simple blood tests and checkups since my wife was pregnant with our daughter. Since our birth of our daughter we have been trying to go to my wife's appointment in Houston at MD Anderson. My wife has not been seen in almost a year and scanned in over a year and a half due to her being pregnant. When we do return to Houston my wife will have several appointments with her oncologist, dermatologist, and her head and neck doctor. She will be needing many scans, tests and two biopsies done. My wifes flight is paid for by the Rio Grande cancer foundation and my wife's cousin and her husband will be paying for my flight but we still have to pay for a 1-3 week hotel stay and all of my wife's medical costs. We wouldn't be asking for help but I have to pay everything out of pocket. We are turning to ask for help from our family, friends, And community. Anything and everything helps! If you cannot donate please share. You for taking the time and reading this. Thank you and God bless!
