Linda Carabas’s Probate & Monthly Expenses

There is no delicate way, sometime in the early hours Sunday my half brother murdered our Mother in her bed on Mother’s Day. He has been mentally ill for decades and she has been trying to get him help. I will need to cover expenses for her funeral and for the probate process, as she had nothing in place, such as a will or a trust nor a life insurance policy.
