Hello, my name is Sherri Latson. I am located in Houston, TX. I have created this GoFundMe page for my cousin, Angie Scott. Angie was assaulted and sustained injuries that caused her some paralysis from her waist down. Before this assault, Angie was working full-time and able to support herself. Now that she is unable to walk, she is no longer able to work. She is single and carries the responsibility of her household by herself. Angie is having a tough time right now and trying to get some assistance; however, our government services are so slow that she currently has no help. I want to help my cousin. All funds will be used to help her until she can get some type of government assistance for her disability. I could not give her the money myself to carry her over for 4 months, but my prayer is that by creating this page, there are angels out there to help her reach her goal.
