Single Mother with 5 Kids

My name is Ashia Vanzant and my mother was diagnosed with heart failure on April 3,2015. She had Breast cancer in the year of 2011 and she never knew that heart failure was one of the side effects. She's been in Vanderbilt hospital for 5 months and has had 6 surgeries. She passed away September 19, 2015 at 5:22AM. She is at peace now and watching over her beautiful family.
