HI! My name is Lynsey O'Donnell and I am the director at the Wee Learning Center where Lovelynn is an employee and friend. I am reaching out to our community to support Lovelynn and her husband, Ashley who has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to his brain, bones and lymph nodes. This diagnosis has been a devastating blow not only to Lovelynn but also to their loved ones, as it means they are facing a challenging battle ahead.

At 42, Ashley has always been a vibrant and caring person. Both Lovelynn and Ashley would do anything for anyone. Even though they dont have alot they give all that they can. Unfortunately, they are now facing significant medical expenses related to treatments, medication, and other supportive care. Ashley works for "Austin Tank Wash" in Austin, MN. Neither Lovelynn or Ashley are able to receive any pay while being off work. With this grim diagnosis, Ashley will most likely not return to work. Lovelynn has not left Ashley's side with not knowing how much longer she has with him.

Despite this difficult diagnosis, Ashley and Lovelynn remain hopeful and determined to fight against this illness. He is currently undergoing radiation, and the journey ahead will require not only emotion support but also financial assistance to cover medical bills and related costs.

When asked what they need, they only request prayers knowing everyone is going through their own struggles. We are organizing this GoFundMe campaign to help alleviate some of the financial burden and to ensure that Ashley and Lovelynn can focus on what truly matters- his health and their time together. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in Ashley's fight against cancer and provide some relief during this challenging time. As Lovelynn has mentioned prayers are highly wanted.
