Those of you who know Gale Scofield have probably been a recipient of her giving heart. Gale shared with me her struggles lately and I felt compelled to help her find solutions. I hope you are able to give no mater how small.

Here is Gale's current story:

Tonight I'm coming to you, my friends and family in need of some support for emergency dental care. In the last year I have had significant health decline which has caused me to lose multiple teeth and make my teeth brittle. Most likely due to all of the medications.

The dental work I need includes crowns, teeth extractions, as well as some partials.

I have consulted with the dentist and he's given me an extensive and expensive dental plan where we need to go to get me comfortable and able to eat comfortably again.

Due to my limited finances, I have not been able to keep up with dental work due to no insurance and sadly the effects have now come to light.

As you would guess this is one of the hardest things to ask, but with my income guidelines for my housing and medical insurance to stay intact, I am unable to afford these significant bills.

I appreciate the support and care, as I do what's best for my health and smile, heart and life. Most of us do not want to have to experience a situation like this without being torn and broken. If you feel it in your heart and are able to contribute, please do so.

I hope you realize this is very humbling to post this and ask for help. I am always thankful for my friends and family and God and appreciate any help and prayers.
