My name is Terra I’m one of 5 siblings, Monday night our lives were turned upside down from a late night phone call that our oldest brother Jay had a stroke. Calling for his son Bailey from the garage, he lay there on the ground face partially paralyzed and slurring his words. His wife Heather Immediately calling 911, we later found out that at 55 years old Jays left ventricle , the main part of his heart that pumps the blood to all his vital organs has a blood clot. Part of that clot broke off and traveled to his brain which caused the stroke. He’s been in ICU since Monday night. He’s been poked and prodded for days on end. Running tests, CT scans and echocardiograms. We’re at a stand still, he must keep his blood pressure above 100 in order for the Drs to move forward and start focusing on his heart…. The clot remains intact. So we wait , we ask more questions, but most importantly we pray. As the sole provider for his family, we’re asking for help. My siblings and I started this to help with the immediate bills , the medical bills to come and the future bills for his aftercare. Anything helps, including sharing this link , sharing words of encouragement and prayer.
