Hi everyone,

This is my cat Myles. He means the world to us. Over the past few weeks, he started getting sick and was vomiting blood. After an emergency ultrasound and additional testing his vet discovered two fairly large lumps in his stomach and they highly suspect it's cancer, lymphoma (possibly also carcinoma, but less likely).

We were absolutely devastated when we found this out, but after meeting with a specialist we received some positive news: his ultrasound and x-rays suggest that the cancer is localized only in his stomach, meaning he's otherwise healthy and has a real chance if he undergoes surgery as soon as possible.

The recommended treatment plan includes:

This is an overwhelming amount for us, but Myles is only 10 years old and he still has so much life and love in him. He has been responding extremely well to the medication we've been giving him to help protect his stomach while he waits for surgery. He's eating again and almost seems like his old self. It makes us believe he deserves the chance to fight.
