I need your help

Hi everyone.  If you know me personally you know that it is very rare that I ask anyone for ANYTHING.  As of late I have found myself in a predicament.  Most of you know that I became very ill after getting a flu shot last year. I'm still really sick.  I have finally found the right dr to help me but throughout this year I have used up all of my paid time off at work,  i have none left. Last week I only worked 24hrs and was in the hospital, this week I haven't been to work yet.  I have bills that need to be paid,  groceries that need to be bought.  I'm a single mother and have no help, no one I can ask to help me financially.  So im asking you guys. I'm very proud of my independence and would sooner bite off my own tongue than ask for help but that's not working right now. I need help.

This is so hard for me to do but i can't make money for my family like i need to right now.
