Funeral: Olin "Butch" Wooten

Donation protected

In 1961, we were innocent with such promise, we had our whole lives ahead of us,--how could we know what obstacles we would face, or how short life really can be!

Olin A.S. Wooten also known as "Butch—was a dutiful son,
as well as a loving brother, brother- in-law, uncle, father,  grandfather, cousin and friend.  He was truly one who would give you the shirt off his back.  He would share his lunch with classmates or bring home for dinner.  He would buy food for homeless individuals when he had little to eat himself.  That's just the kind of guy he was.

While Butch struggled with diabetes from childhood, my brother succumbed to cancer.   He was diagnosed with lung cancer in April with a fair prognosis.  Within two weeks of his death he was told he also had leukemia with months to live. Last week, he was told he had one week to live--he didn't make it.

Funeral costs  are high and our family is raising what money we can, but manyp of us have chosen to work within the community--most times our  jobs are rich in the joy we feel and bring,   but poor in financial gain.    And so we ask for your -help to bury our   loving son, brother, brother- in-law, uncle, father, and grandfather and cousin. Anything you can spare $5, $10, $20.  Please help!
