Baby Isaac Matthew Rhodes battled CDH for three years. After spending the first 7 months of his life in the NICU it seemed he beat CDH. But at 3 yes old today little Isaac and Jesus had other plans. Please help us with little Isaac's funeral arrangements if you can. Thank you and God bless.
