Jr. NBA Regional Tournament

Riptide Club has been invited to compete in the Jr. NBA Regional Basketball Tournament in Orange County May 11-13! Our 7th and 8th grade girls team just won the UCSB Thunderdome Tournament yesterday. Thanks to the team photo from that win, we have been invited to this prestigious event.
Riptide Club is a local non profit basketball club based in San Luis Obispo, California. Local cities such as Paso Robles, Templeton, San Luis Obispo, Los Osos, Morro Bay, and Cayucos make up Riptide Club, and specifically our 7/8th grade girls team. We are known for our scrappy defensive play and our unselfishness. We are an incredibly tight nit group that truly considers ourselves family among each other. We are together every weekend, and now we want to take our talents down to Orange County to compete on a far bigger stage.
Our 7/8 girls team is super focused and driven, as their drive for the game of basketball is insatiable. We as coaches and family know they have earned this invitation, so we are going to do whatever is needed to make this event happen. Our small community simply doesn't qualify for team events like this often, so we appreciate any and all community support. Riptide Club has close relationships with Morro Bay High School and Cuesta College.
On behalf of all of our athletes, thank you for any and all support. We understand this is a last minute event, so please share with any and all of your friends and family!
As our program always says: "Who are we? Riptide Club! What are we? Family!"
