Autism Awareness Month

Hi Everyone,
As many of you know Autism awareness is close to my heart as my eldest daughter has ASD and my youngest is in the process of a diagnosis.
I have many family and friends also on the spectrum.
My daughter was diagnosed over 6 years ago and Im still learning everyday.
I feel there is so much still to be learnt on how to support individuals who are nurodiverse.
I have been on many courses and group meetings where 90% of parents would agree that school support is not great and their child comes home very overwhelmed, anxious, feeling sick, having frequent meltdown and burn outs. This effects the family as a whole.
I personally decided in December 2025 to pull my daughter out of school as her wellbeing was deteriorating.
I had to step out of work to home school her, struggling with my own mental health in the process.
As Autism Awareness month is approaching I would like to raise money for the groups and organisations out there that support individuals who are nurodiverse and their families. Giving individuals a safe space to have fun and socialise.
Please join me on a FUN fancy dress walk up Pen Y Fan on the 4th of April.
Money raised will be split between a few organisation that support Autism Awareness.
