Urgent call : Help my family survive from Gaza conflict

Donation protected

‎‏Hello everyone, friends and supporters
‎‏My name is Abd Alrahman Almashharawi, a young ‏Palestinian residing in Gaza, currently in my third year of Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing.

‎‏Due to the harsh conditions we experience in Gaza, I was forced to create this donation campaign for the first time. I don't want anyone to be in this awkward situation, but anyone like me would save the lives of their families from the war in Gaza!
‎‏We used to live a happy life before war destroyed our homes, jobs, universities, schools, and future!

‎‏The story begins on October 7th, which was the worst day of my life. A few days after the conflict began, our "northern Gaza Strip", where we live, became a dangerous area and battle zone, and we had to evacuate from our home to the Magazi refugee camp in the "southern Gaza Strip". We spent about 70 days there, sleeping in a warehouse, hearing explosions. We found it difficult to even fall asleep because of the fear and the high temperature, mosquitoes everywhere, and food shortages such as flour, rice, water, and meat. The price got very expensive, and we are going through very difficult days. Everyone only eats half piece of bread every day to deal with his hunger. I personally am a muscular guy and have now lost more than 17 kilograms due to the lack of food.

‎‏On November 11th, we received bad news about our family business. The main warehouse in northern Gaza and three family cars were bombed and completely burned down, and we lost all our goods, money, and jobs.
‎‏Afterwards, the Magazi camp where we were staying became a conflict zone and a dangerous area, and we had to evacuate from our shelter. We moved to the Deir al Balah area with our father's friends, and our whole family lived in a small room of 3 square meters. We caught a cold there, and experienced a further lack food and clean water. We fell ill due to the poor hygiene conditions.

‎‏On January 15th, we received more bad news. our gas stations, chalet, and warehouses were destroyed and burned down . We were so depressed and started losing any hopes of survival. ‏Afterwards, the Bureij area was invaded and became a conflict zone, our chicken farms got destroyed which were very modern and valuable. ‏During this period, our only hope was for the suffering to end and that we could finally go home.

‎‏Shortly thereafter, however, our community in Northern Gaza were invaded and became a conflict zone, the building where our main warehouse was located was blown up and destroyed, our houses were broken into, furniture destroyed, all our property shattered and our clothes tore off. The house was left open and thieves stole our remaining property, clothes, and money. As a result, we lost all our hopes of living in Gaza: our our jobs were gone, as well as homes, schools and everything else.

We do not have the money to travel and complete our studies outside of Gaza. Asking for donations is very hard specially for people who used to live with dignity, but for now this fundraiser is our last hope to survive and go on with our life peacefully. Your support can save our lives and help us complete our studies. We are very grateful for any help that can be provided to our family.
‎‏Here is some information about my background: we are a family of 7 members, including my mother "Dawlat", my father "Zaher", and my brother "Mohammed" who is 28 years old and graduated from the School of Law and Human Rights. My brother is married and has two children. He is currently in Egypt, while his wife and children are still in Gaza. My second brother "Karam" is 26 years old, he is engaged and attending his last year of Medical degree in China, although he now has no chance to complete it and graduate being a self-payed program; he is also not allowed to work in china being on a Student Visa. My eldest sister "Doaa" is 24 years old, she is married and has two children. She is currently in Gaza, as well as my younger sister "Noor": at the age of 15, she is a high-school student who got trapped in Gaza. Personally, I was attending my university degree and had a dream that I wanted to achieve: I am a bodybuilder and I plan to participate in a bodybuilding competition, but the war destroyed all my dreams.

‎‏The purpose of this donation is to evacuate my family through the Rafah crossing point/Egypt, and currently requires an Egyptian coordination fee of $5.000 per person to arrive in Egypt. Besides this fee, we also need money to start our new life outside, cover basic needs of any kind, like for my sister and I who need to complete our education.
‎‏This is our only chance of survival, and I am now more ashamed than ever to seek your help. Our goal is to raise $100.000.

Finally I want to say that you should take nothing for granted: always thank god if you can live normal life, take shower everyday, eat normal and clean food, sleep peacefully and go to work. All of those things all god blessings, enjoy your simple things because for other people they could be a dream.

Notice : any additional funds we will use to help other families .
