Canberra Street Cat Alliance (CSCA) is the largest self-funded, volunteer run cat rescue charity. CSCA's mission is to humanely reduce the population of street cats and unwanted kittens being born to a life on the streets. Sadly, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of cats and kittens being dumped on the streets due to the cost-of-living crisis. The ONLY way to prevent this is to desex those cats that are needing this crucial surgery.

In 2023 we received a bequest from a beautiful supporter named Liz. As an animal lover who had a feline companion named Tibby, Liz was a huge supporter of our organisation. To honour Liz, we have decided to use the funds she generously donated to CSCA to help the community struggling to desex their much-loved cat as there is no government funded desexing program in the ACT.

Unfortunately, the number of applications we have received goes well beyond the number of cats we are able to fund. We need your help to fund this program and help the families who have submitted applications to have their much-loved feline companions desexed through our program.

All donations made through this campaign will go towards our With Love cat desexing program. Please help us to prevent unwanted kittens being born and dumped to live a life they don't deserve.
