Domestic Violence escape

I’m fundraising as a means to an end. I was recently married and as many stories go, the person flipped a switch and became physically abusive almost immediately after we were married. I am stuck now in a position where I lent the individual money and used my entire savings to get us into a new house in a new city- I didn’t realize at the time this was part of his plan to isolate us. I do work FULL TIME, I have three littles- a teen and twin kiddos, and only need help in the short term financially until we get caught up. I am a licensed EMT but finding a schedule that works with being a single parent is nearly impossible. With the holidays approaching I’m not sure what we will do.

We did take immediate safety measures, contacted law enforcement and have restraining order in place.

The individual had a long history if scamming and physically abusing other women, and three of his prior victims have since come forward and provided emotional support to my family that can never be repaid.

All of my kiddos (3) have birthdays this month. Christmas and holidays are approaching. We are short on rent for the second month and need some help to get caught up!! Any assistance to get caught up would be a godsend.

Update November- we barely made it by this month with help. We are going to come up several hundred short this month. I plan on filing bankruptcy at this point due to the damages caused by this person, but that of course costs to file. Please share.
