After going missing for over 48 hours, she (miraculously) returned to us with a broken leg. A trip to the vet’s later, we found out that her leg was shattered. The only solutions are surgery or amputation. Sheba is the most compassionate and patient animal I know. When she first came back home, she was trying to comfort us by licking our faces, even though she was the one with the broken leg! In spite of the agony she must have been in, Sheba made it back home to us. We were touched by her bravery, determination and her trust in us. We want to do what’s best for Sheba, and so we’ve decided to opt for surgery. Her surgery will cost over £3000 - and unfortunately we’re currently unable to cover the entire amount.
