Richard Sebert, my little brother was a varsity water polo player who’s life was taken way too soon. He was a senior at Whittier High School. Richard was smart, sweet, and loved by everyone. He was dedicated to fulfill his dreams in engineering, where he could go on and on about. My family and I are extremely devastated as we have no words. Bullying is no joke, and it breaks my heart that he had to go through it like this. Many lives have been changed by someone’s wrong doing which is why Mental health is a serious issue, and is why we want to spread awareness. Your actions count. Stand up to bullying.
