I haven’t even processed everything yet, it doesn’t feel real to me but I need to accept it.  My mom was killed yesterday evening in a car accident. Two cars were racing on a busy street and ran a red light and a grey mustang hit my mom and killed her immediately. My mom had two of her grandkids in the passenger seat, both survived but are completely devastated to witness the loss of their grandma. No one else was fatally injured, fortunately. My mom’s favorite thing to do was spend time with her grandkids as much as she could, and I believe that she protected them till her very last breath. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and daughter.
