Support for the Storey family

With a heavy heart I’m sharing that our friend Sharleen’s world has shattered with the sudden loss of her sweet husband Adam. Anyone that knew him could testify that he was a loving and doting partner and father. Friendly to anyone, and genuinely kind.

Details are still unknown and unfortunately answers take time.

What we do know is with a devastation of this magnitude, Sharleen’s world has stopped turning. She’s in the midst of an emotional abyss, and her mental bandwidth is dedicated to their children – Rowan (5) and Freya (2).

The Storey family moved from Colorado to Florida just this summer to begin a new chapter of their lives. Big transitions like cross-country moves (especially with young children) require time to ground down and get established. As we know there is never an optimal time for tragedy to fall on a family, but the Storeys were in a vulnerable place to take on such a significant loss.

I implore anyone willing and able to contribute to this fund, to help bear the brunt of the realities of losing a life partner beyond the initial shock and pain.
