Buster's Hip Surgery

This is Buster!  He is a loveable 1 year old puppy that my family adopted from a local shelter when he was 10 weeks old.  

Over the last year, Buster's hip condition has worsened by the day.  He was diagnosed with hip dysplasia, which our vet has told us is pretty rare in dogs these days.  It has been heartbreaking watching Buster move around on only 3 legs recently and we were advised he will need hip surgery to relieve his pain.  

The only reason we have not brought him to perform this surgery is financial.  We have been trying to save money to get this done for him, but have had some hurdles to jump as I have been out of work recently and my family just welcomed our fourth child.  Needless to say with the cost of a newborn and the holidays having just passed, we are unsure of when we will be able to help Buster have his surgery.  

Any help will be appreciated and any funds we raise for Buster, we vow to donate over time to other pets who require assistance.
