Hank has been my son's climbing buddy and best friend for the last 7 years. If you're out at Smith regularly, more than likely you know this special guy. Recently, Hank and a porcupine got into it at Smith Rocks and Hank didn't fare to well. One of the quills punctured his lung, which we were told is pretty rare. Hank is currently at the animal emergency clinic with a chest tube and is going to more than likely require a specialist to do surgery.
