Hello everyone,
My beautiful 28 year old daughter has been struggling with Lupus and Sjogrens vasculitis for 5 yrs. now. All the nerves in her mouth have died and all her teeth have been root canalled and crowned. I spent my entire retirement on her dental needs. Her crowns are currently under much decay and just to get her comfortable it will cost close to ten thousand dollars. She is in horrific pain, not only with her mouth, but her whole body. She starts chemo treatments for her disease next week. Please help me to help her by making her more comfortable. Some crowns need to be replaced and they need to build up her teeth on the left side to stabalize her bite so she can chew her food without choking. With Sjogren's disease you get terrible dry mouth and she feels like someone is taking a torch to her gums. She only has a few minutes each day where she can talk to me as it is so incredibly painful. We text eachother the rest of the day. She has nothing she can take for pain as she reacts to everything. I gave up everything to move to Ohio where I could get help for her disease. I have no more funds to help her so please if you are a parent, please help me to make her comfortable. Someday, maybe I can help someone in need who faces a similar challenge. Thanks eveyone.
