Dear Dharma friends and beloved students of our precious teacher, With a heart full of joy and gratitude, I write to share a beautiful opportunity.

My name is Salomé, I am Colombian and full-time practitioner and mother, dedicated to the care of my sweet 3-year-old baby girl, and I live in Mexico.

This year, our kind teacher S.S. Gangteng tulku Rinpoche will be offering a special month cycle of empowerments in Bhutan. This rare and sacred opportunity fills me with immense happiness and devotion.

These transmissions are profound blessings that can deeply transform my practice, open my heart even more, and allow me to serve others — and especially my little daughter — with greater clarity, compassion, and wisdom.

I see this journey as a precious calling. Traveling to the Land of the Thunder Dragon to receive these empowerments directly from the lineage feels like a great gift on my path as a practitioner and as a mother.

Any contribution will help cover Bhutan’s Sustainable Development Fee, flights from Mexico, accommodation, and the necessary expenses for the journey.

It is important to mention that any excess funds we collect beyond what is needed for the trip will be offered directly to Rinpoche as a dana offering during the empowerments.

Additionally, during this journey I will do my best to recite prayers and aspirations including the names of the contributors, as well as perform other practices and offerings that I can make in Bhutan.
