Joyce Gordon Memorial Fund

In loving memory of our beloved Joyce Gordon, we invite you to join us in honoring her life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Joyce Gordon Memorial Fund. All proceeds will go directly to St. Johns Primary School in St. Catherine, Jamaica—a place very dear to her heart.

During a recent family visit to Jamaica, we had the opportunity to visit St. Johns Primary School. While reminiscing on cherished memories, we also witnessed the school’s need for additional support. It felt only fitting to give back to the very place where Joyce longest tenure as an educator began.

For those who may not know, Joyce devoted her professional life to teaching. In 1973, Her career flourished at St. Johns Primary School, where she served as a dedicated and passionate educator for 10 years. Among the many students she inspired, four were her own children. Education was not just her profession—it was her calling and lifelong passion.

Supporting this fund is a beautiful way to carry forward her spirit, values, and love for education. We are deeply grateful for your generosity and your kindness in giving in her name. Joyce Gordon will be eternally missed but her legacy will remain in our hearts forever.
