As many of you know, my best friend Jess Darby lost her mother unexpectedly on September 9th. Since then, she has been tasked with all of the things that fall on next of kin. She is a stay at home wife and mother, and the extra expenses are becoming a hardship for her and her family. She has spoken to an attorney about probate things, and how to proceed, but is unfortunately unable to retain him, because it’s too much money. She has also had the task of cleaning out her mom’s house, before the rent is due again, without help with any of the cost that entails . I’m hoping to be able to raise just enough money to help ease the extra stress this has put on her, during one of the hardest times of her life, and possibly buy her a bit more time with the rental company should she need it. ANYTHING is appreciated!

Jess is the kind of woman who sends extra food in her kids’ lunches, if there is a child who isn’t getting enough to eat. She organizes packages to be sent to troops overseas. She would do anything she could to help strangers, not to mention the people she cares about. I would just love to see some of that good she puts out given back to her now, when she needs it the most. If you can’t donate, if you wouldn’t mind sharing, that would be appreciated too.
