My name is Destiney Dangerfield, my family and I are reaching out for support. It’s with a heavy heart that I have to create this account and ask for assistance.

On Wednesday evening, 09/21/2022, Joyce and her two sisters were involved in a tragic car accident.

Joyce sustained multiple life-threatening injuries, which required several emergencies surgeries to stop the internal bleeding in her abdomen. A good portion of her large and small intestine were removed as well as her spleen. The effects of having these organs removed will result in her having a lifelong colostomy bag. She will need several more surgeries and extensive physical therapy for her open bilateral femur fractures and fractured spine. She is currently in ICU fighting for her life, and her husband Tommy is by her side. There are still many unknowns right now and her medical team is doing everything they can to keep her stable.

For those of you that know Joyce, you know she is a person with a heart of gold and woman of God! In every moment, she lives to serve others and show love to everyone she meets.
