Hi, my name is Sam and I'm trying to get the funds for my dear cat Joya.

Joya has been with me for almost 17 years now. I fell in love the moment we found her in a ditch on the side of the road, scared and starving.

ever since she has been my partner in crime, my best friend, my soul mate.

sadly she started having some health issues approximately a year ago which just started with throwing up and nausea. she got meds for that which helped.

she got better but it got worse again this month. She got diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and a very enlarged spleen. there also might be some sort of tumor in her belly. Right now (28.5.24) she's staying at the vets and has surgery to remove her spleen and hopefully, the tumor as well. if everything goes well she will be home by friday.

yet the vet bills will be around 3'000 chf so I desperately need the funds so I can pay for my beloved cat's surgery.

good news: Joya survived the surgery!! I can bring her home tomorrow (30.5.24)

bad news: Joya most likely has cancerous tissue in her stomach. Her spleen got removed and they took a probe from her liver and her intestine to test them for cancer. The dangours thing is that her inestine and a lot of tissue in her stomach is very damaged, which bears a rather high risks of the stitches in her intestine might rip open which can be fatal. No matter what happens, there will be additional costs coming up.But most important now is that Joya will recover well <3 we need all the good energy for her healing! <3
