On Saturday, September 20, 2025 the unthinkable happened. My longtime friends Joy and Jade came home from their weekly visit to Walmart to find their home in flames. Devastated, they frantically tried to locate their five fur babies… unfortunately only two survived. They rescued these cats throughout the years and gave them a loving home . Their hearts are broke. They lost ABSOLUTELY everything in that minute.

Jade has Stage 4 breast cancer and since has spread to her lungs and is under going radiation and then will be doing chemotherapy for the second time.. Joy, her mom has a medical condition called FND (Functional neurological symptom disorder.)

Jade is the sole supporter of the household and is the caretaker of her mother.

Times couldn’t be harder right now for them. Although she has been trying her best to work throughout all of her treatments, money is tight and because of that, they do not have homeowners insurance.

PLEASE help me help them get back on their feet and find somewhere to stay.
