16 year-old Journie was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Sunday, April 9, 2023 resulting in extensive injuries. She is currently in the hospital in Boise, Idaho where she is expected to remain for the immediate future. Her family is with her and is incurring hotel and food costs as they remain by her side.

Journie's home will need to be modified and made accessible for when she returns. Renovations to entryways, shared spaces, her bedroom and bathroom will be necessary.

Journie is an honor student, varsity athlete, and rodeo champion. Despite the circumstances, Journie has maintained the positive attitude that she is known for.

As she works to heal her body, let us come together to support her and her family, easing the financial burden and helping to create a space where Journie can thrive.
