Journey Youth Camp

Journey youth here! We are a youth group located in Griffin, GA led by our youth pastor, Gabe Parker and his wife, Krystle. This year we are returning to Uplift Mountain for summer camp in Westcliffe, CO. This is the same camp we attended last year. Last year we flew out there, but this year we have the unique opportunity to road-trip out west. Gabe and Krystle had this to say about making a road trip across the nation with their youth group, “We believe this will allow us the opportunity to spend quality time with the youth and pour into them while surrounded by God’s creation.” We are looking forward to every minute of this trip and to see what God has in store for us. We had friends and family reach out to ask us how they can support us with this trip. Here are a few ways you can do so:

1. Prayer— we ask that you pray for safe travels and that our hearts would be open to what God has for us. You can pray that we grow closer as a team and that we can be an encouragement to one another. Pray for us to be a light to anyone we cross paths with on this journey.

2. Donation—these donations will go towards our travel expenses. Travel expenses include gas, food, park fees, and camping. Any extra after travel costs, will be applied to camp expenses.All donations are appreciated.
