My name is John Fu, and I’m a badminton athlete from Waterloo, Ontario, recently selected to represent my country at the Junior Badminton Pan American Championships this year.

This is a dream come true, but I need your support to make it a reality.

I’ve been playing badminton since I was 7, and managed to reach rank #1 for BD U17 in Canada. With that, I’ve also earned the honor of competing at the Pan Am Championships, where I’ll face the best junior athletes from across the Americas.

However, there is a $2100 fee to simply join the Canadian Junior National Team. This fee doesn't accommodate for hotels, flights, food, or any other travel expenses.
