Hi everyone I'm fundraising for baby girl Morgan W. Logan. She is 3 months old and the daughter of Kenneth and Jasmine Logan. She has been hospitalized for the past month due to a heart condition called Dilated Cardiomyopathy and is in need of a heart transplant.
