Hello, my name is Autumn Jensen and I am looking to get braces. I am fundraising this because my parents are not the best, I did not have a great childhood growing up, and I didn’t get to have good dental care growing up. I would be more than great-full for your donation. Your donation will go straight to my braces. I need to put half down to start the process. I would be paying the rest by monthly payments.
