Journey to Edinburgh Fringe

Hi! I’m a stand-up comedian turned content creator taking up my first hour comedy show to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I’ve participated in the festival a number of years, but this is my first venture going in one of the major venues at the festival. Being the largest arts festival in the world, these venues, as well as rent and accommodation, are some of the most expensive in the U.K. These obstacles can be a huge hurdle for comics and creatives wanting to participate in having a platform at the festival, with many people going into debt just to participate at all. If you would like to support a progressive, humanist comedy show trying to make its’ way to the world stage, I would be very glad for any support, even if it’s sharing this post and telling others about how difficult it can be for creatives to be heard.
