Journey to Baby Shevlin

As most of you may know, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in September and had to have my right ovary and fallopian tube removed. Today we wanted to share a little bit of our journey. We have been trying to have a baby for more than a year now. We were devastated to learn that the reason we were not able to conceive was because I had a very rare form of ovarian cancer. Thankfully, now that I am cancer free, Tim and I are eager to start our family. Because I now only have one ovary our best chance to conceive a baby will be through IVF. We would like to have a baby as soon as possible as the cancer could possibly return in my left ovary. It would mean the world to us to have your support during our emotional journey through IVF.
